Job summary

Dyno Nobel, a global leader in commercial explosives, is hiring a Director of Joint Ventures and Independent Distributors in Salt Lake City, UT. This role oversees all JV and distributor relationships and leads the related team to ensure alignment with corporate goals and profitable growth.

You will drive pricing strategy, improve supply efficiency across channels, and ensure partners adhere to commercial agreements while upholding Dyno Nobel’s standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in strategic alignment.
• Demonstrated experience in pricing and commercial management.
• Strong leadership and customer management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the company’s commercial relationships with all JVs and independent distributors.
• Lead the associated team to ensure partnerships align with corporate goals and drive profitable growth.
• Maintain pricing discipline and negotiate terms across the channel.
• Collaborate with Product/PMs to optimize product mix, market development, and profitability.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and resolve disputes or overlaps between partners.
