Job summary
Dyno Nobel seeks a Finance Director of Investments and JV Governance to proactively support the Vice President and the board for each Joint Venture. You will lead financial analysis, modelling, and governance across multiple JV entities, focusing on performance, risk, and capital investment decisions.

Qualifications
- B.S degree in finance, accounting, quantitative analysis or economics.
- Advanced degree or certification preferred (MPAcc, MBA, CPA, CMA).
- Experience with public or large privately owned companies, interacting with senior management.
Responsibilities
- Provide financial analysis, modelling, and insights into major projects, partnerships and investments for Dyno Nobel Americas.
- Support governance for JV distributors and optimize networks and partnerships.
- Forecast and report the results of the JVs and assess financial impact on Dyno.
- Develop internal JV reporting framework and ensure GAAP adherence.
