Job summary

The Idaho Department of Juvenile Corrections (IDJC) is seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join our Region 2 team as a Juvenile Service Coordinator. This full-time role offers flexibility to work from our Nampa or Twin Falls offices and supports justice-involved youth and families across the region with case management and reintegration services.

The ideal candidate provides ongoing case-management to juveniles in custody or private facilities, collaborates with facility staff and treatment

Qualifications

• Licensure as a Social Worker in Idaho is required.
• Willing to work in a juvenile correction setting.

Responsibilities

• Investigation/Intake/Assessment: conduct interviews, assess status, prepare reports.
• Treatment/Case Management: provide counseling, design and monitor case plans, coordinate with services and community resources.
• Reintegration and aftercare: manage reintegration into the community with partners, court and families.
