Job summary

Idaho Department of Juvenile Corrections in Nampa is seeking a full-time Facility Clinical Supervisor to lead the facility clinical team and oversee services for juveniles in custody. This role focuses on supervision, program design, and coordinating multidisciplinary clinical activities at the JCC‑Nampa Facility.

The position requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field and a professional license; prior supervisory experience in correctional or community settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field and licensure in LMSW/LCSW/LPC/LCPC/LMFT or school psychologist/counselor.
• Must obtain Idaho endorsement within 90 days if licensed in another state.
• Experience supervising clinical staff in correctional or community settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervising a clinical team in treatment, assessment, and case management services for juveniles.
• Hiring staff, scheduling workload, assigning priorities, and evaluating employee performance.
• Providing technical expertise and advice to management.
• Providing program design and direction.
• Providing specialized clinical and rehabilitative services.
