The Idaho Department of Juvenile Corrections (IDJC) is seeking a full-time Facility Clinical Supervisor to join our team at the JCC‑Nampa Facility.
The Facility Clinical Supervisor provides leadership and supervision to facility Clinicians and other members of the multidisciplinary clinical team who provide clinical services to juveniles committed to the custody of the Idaho Department of Juvenile Corrections (IDJC). This position also provides technical expertise and guidance to facility clinical and treatment teams.
About the Position:
The Facility Clinical Supervisor position does not provide therapy or one‑on‑one counseling to juveniles in custody. Instead, the primary focus of this role is staff supervision and support, including the oversight of clinical services that are being implemented in the facility to juveniles and their families. The Facility Clinical Supervisor oversees a multidisciplinary team consisting of 4 Clinicians, 1 Rehabilitation Specialist, and clinical interns [MH2] . Knowledge and experience in professional clinical work within correctional and community settings is a plus.
Because this position works collaboratively across multiple systems serving juveniles and families in Idaho, familiarity with juvenile courts and probation services, child protection, and children’s mental health is also an important skill set. Experience with system collaboration and coordinating services across agencies will be valuable in this role.
