Job summary

Cuyahoga County Juvenile Court is hiring a Probation Support Services Assistant in Cleveland. The role supports ODYS commitments, coordinates intake and paperwork, and acts as liaison among ODYS, detention, probation, court, and transport partners.

Responsibilities include handling intake processing, record room management, court system updates, and serving as a lead in the absence of the PSS Supervisor. A degree in a court or legal environment is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a Court or legal environment.
• Equivalency: Two years of related experience equals one year of education.
• Three months of work experience in a Court or law office environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ODYS commitments and intake paperwork.
• Serve as liaison between ODYS, Detention Center, Probation, Parole, court, and transport partners.
• Manage Probation Record Room and court system updates.
• Lead in the absence of the PSS Supervisor.
