Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related behavioral health field.
• Active Ohio licensure required (LISW, LPCC, Supervisory designation or willingness to obtain with agency support).
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in community-based or school-based behavioral health preferred.
• Interest in program development, service expansion, and leadership growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of assigned clinical programs and services.
• Ensure services align with organizational policies, clinical standards, contractual requirements, and regulations.
• Promote trauma-informed and culturally responsive care.
• Supervise, coach, and support clinical and program staff; participate in recruitment and training.
• Monitor program performance indicators, service utilization, and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with referral sources and community partners.
• Assist with audits, licensing reviews, accreditation activities, and corrective action plans.
• Identify risks and escalate concerns as appropriate.
