Job summary

Bold Business in the United States seeks a motivated Federal & Workplace Design Specialist with 0–2 years of experience to support GSA, public sector and government projects. You will develop visuals, space plans, and client presentations under the guidance of senior designers.

You will learn CET Designer (Configura) and ProjectSpec, gain exposure to commercial codes (ADA, LEED, WELL), and collaborate with Account Executives to translate client requirements into compliant, high-performance

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in interior design or equivalent experience.
0–2 years of industry experience preferred.
Proficiency in AutoCAD; willingness to learn CET Designer and ProjectSpec.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing detailed CET drawings, furniture plans, specifications, 3D visuals, and client presentations.
Learn to integrate systems furniture, architectural plans, and codes (ADA, LEED, WELL) for government projects.
Produce installation drawings and specification packages ensuring accuracy and alignment with project intent.
Participate in field verifications, inventories, and on-site measurements; document discrepancies.
Collaborate with senior designers and Account Executives to realize project visions.
