Job summary

Bold Business is seeking a design-driven Sr. CET Interior Designer to lead technical execution of office spaces for complex scopes.

You will guide design strategy and serve as a vital resource for the broader team, supporting multinational clients and translating requirements into buildable, high-performance environments. You will mentor designers, coordinate with Account Executives and A&D firms, develop space plans, visuals, and polished presentations that win business, while staying current

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field (FIDER or CIDA-accredited programs preferred).
• Experience: 3–5+ years in commercial furniture or workplace design, with dealership project background.
• Software: CET Designer (Configura) and AutoCAD; ProjectSpec and MS Office proficiency.
• Product Knowledge: Systems furniture, product specs, finish selections, and technical applications.
• Mindset: Organized, solutions-driven, and autonomous in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead CET drawings, furniture plans, specs, 3D visuals, and presentation materials aligned with sales strategy.
• Lead space planning with systems furniture, architectural plans, site conditions, and codes (ADA, LEED, WELL).
• Produce and oversee installation drawings and documentation packages, ensuring constructability and alignment with project intent.
• Perform field verifications, inventories, and on-site measurements; resolve discrepancies between plans and conditions.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, VP of Sales, A&D firms, contractors, and tech partners to shape project vision.
• Represent the design function in client meetings and presentations, ensuring value alignment.
• Provide updates to Design Managers, Team Leads, and Sales leadership on project direction and risks.
