Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares new claims files and maintains documentation.
• Calculates benefits such as TTD, Wage Loss, VRMA, and PD.
• Issues compensation payments on diary schedule and prepares notices.
• Handles telephone and portal communications with employees, employers, and providers.
• Coordinates with Claims Specialists on clerical tasks and file updates.
• Prepares litigation documents (C&R, Stipulations, Answers, etc.).
• Applies rehabilitation forms for filing with the rehabilitation unit.
