• Must be in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a docket of cases to resolution.
• Handle depositions: prepare client, attend, and invoice depositions.
• Respond to client inquiries and move matters toward resolution.
• Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner.
• Provide direction to non-attorneys as needed.
• Be a team player and contribute to a positive workplace.
