Qualifications

• California Bar admission and good standing required.
• Strong writing and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced docket and deadlines.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with depositions preferred (doctors' depositions mentioned).

Responsibilities

• Manage a docket of cases to resolution.
• Conduct and attend depositions.
• Prepare clients for depositions and coordinate with counsel.
• Invoicing deposits and related matters.
• Respond to client inquiries requiring attorney input to move matters toward resolution.
• Handle inquiries via email and phone promptly.
• Provide direction to non-attorneys and collaborate with team.
