Job summary

Hot Topic & BoxLunch is seeking a motivated Junior Analyst to support and maintain our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and related warehouse applications in Nashville or Riverside. You will assist with testing, troubleshooting, enhancements, and daily maintenance to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly.

You'll work with senior analysts, operations teams, and IT partners to coordinate updates, validate changes, and develop test cases.

Qualifications

0-1 years in SDLC or support roles; internships welcome.
Familiarity with supply chain, warehouses or retail.
Ability to translate technical terms to business terms.
Exposure to databases, APIs, XML/JSON.
Nice to have Cognos SCI and Manhattan WMS experience.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and diagnose WMS issues across configurations and data flows.
Provide hands-on support or escalate to vendor teams as needed.
Collaborate with operations, project managers and vendors to define scope and improvements.
Extract WMS data and analyze warehouse process flows against workflows (receiving, putaway, picking, packing, replenishment, shipping).
Assist in WMS configuration, testing, and ongoing system support.
Communicate enhancements and updates to stakeholders; bridge technical and operational impact.
Develop and execute WMS test cases with QA to validate changes and new functionality.
Support end-user training on WMS features and best practices.
