Cboe Global Markets is seeking a Web Software Engineer to design and implement applications, UI components, and services that support 24x7 market operations. You will work with Python, Django, React, Next.js and Tailwind CSS to deliver scalable, testable code and maintain uptime for critical web services.

Qualifications

BS in Computer Science or demonstrable equivalent knowledge
0-2 years of experience developing websites or web applications
Exposure to MVC web frameworks (Django preferred)
Familiarity with JavaScript, Python and modern web standards (HTML5/CSS3)

Responsibilities

Design, implement, test, extend, and maintain web applications and systems.
Implement automated unit tests and test changes prior to deployment.
Contribute to remediation efforts for incidents arising from changes.
Participate in team sprint planning and code reviews.
Document requirements and technical specifications for data and applications.
