Job summary

Veolia seeks an entry-level Account Associate in the Chemical Solutions and Monitoring division to support Account Managers while learning chemical water treatment solutions. You will work with diverse customers across industries, gaining hands-on experience in technical analysis and customer service.

You will shadow managers, collect data, prepare preliminary reports, and participate in safety-compliant field activities; strong communication and teamwork will help you excel in this mentoring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science or Engineering/Technologist (Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical).
• Interest in chemical water & process treatment.
• Strong academic or internship background in technical fields or industrial environments.
• Full valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Account Managers to learn chemical treatment programs for Cooling Water, Boiler Water, Wastewater, and Memchem Applications.
• Collect and analyze samples, evaluate treatment data, and assist in reporting.
• Complete technical training programs to build foundational knowledge.
• Assist with customer visits and service calls to gain exposure to industrial environments.
