Job summary

Veolia Water Technologies in Bloomington, IN, is seeking an entry-level Account Associate to support Account Managers and learn chemical water treatment solutions. You will work with diverse customers across industries, gaining hands-on experience in technical analysis and customer service while developing water treatment expertise.

You will shadow managers, collect samples, analyze data, and contribute to technical reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, chemistry, environmental science or engineering/technologist.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience welcome.
• Interest in chemical water & process treatment.
• Strong academic background or internship in technical/industrial environments.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Account Managers to learn chemical treatment programs for cooling, boiler, wastewater, and Memchem applications.
• Collect and analyze samples, evaluate treatment data, and assist in preparing technical reports.
• Complete comprehensive technical training programs to build water treatment knowledge.
• Assist with customer visits and service calls to gain exposure to industrial environments.
• Help maintain customer records, schedule samples, and support account documentation.
• Prepare preliminary technical reports and data summaries for review by the Account Manager.
• Follow all EHS policies and procedures while learning safe work practices.
