Veolia in Charlotte, NC is seeking an entry-level Account Associate in CSM to support Account Managers while learning the fundamentals of water treatment solutions. You will gain hands-on experience in technical analysis and customer service across diverse industries.

This role offers comprehensive training, exposure to industrial environments, and opportunities to develop analytical and communication skills as you contribute to customer records, sample scheduling, and service activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or recent graduate with 0–2 years in a technical field or internship experience
• Interest in chemical water and process treatment
• Strong academic background in technical environments
• Willingness to travel with valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Shadow Account Managers to learn chemical treatment programs across Cooling Water, Boiler Water, Wastewater, Memchem, and Process Applications
• Collect and analyze samples, evaluate treatment data, and prepare technical reports under supervision
• Complete technical training to build foundational knowledge in water treatment processes
• Assist with customer visits, service calls, and relationship building
• Maintain customer records, schedule samples, and support documentation
• Prepare preliminary technical reports and data summaries for Account Manager review
• Follow EHS policies and practice safe work in industrial settings
