Qualifications

• Degree educated, or able to demonstrate equivalent capability and drive.
• Evidence of competitiveness and resilience from sport, part-time work, or a previous commercial role.
• Comfortable engaging technical buyers and learning a complex market.
• Committed to working in a collaborative, office-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Map your assigned market and build a target account list.
• Generate new business through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn and industry events.
• Lead client meetings both remotely and on site.
• Negotiate commercial terms, fees and rates.
• Work closely with your Relationship Manager and Talent Attraction colleagues to ensure successful delivery.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity data in our CRM.
