Whitman, Requardt & Associates, LLP (WRA) is seeking an Entry-Level Transportation Engineer in Austin, TX. You will work within the Transportation Group, gaining exposure to highway and traffic projects while learning from senior engineers.

You will collaborate on local improvements and some national/international work, with opportunities for rapid career growth and structured mentorship. Degree candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited Civil/Transportation program required.
• 0-4 years' experience preferred.
• EIT certification preferred.
• Strong communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in highway and traffic design tasks.
• Prepare roadway geometry and MOT plans.
• Support drainage, signals, and ITS analyses.
• Coordinate with senior engineers and attend client meetings.
