Job summary

Whitman, Requardt & Associates, LLP is hiring a Senior Traffic Engineer - Leader to build and lead a traffic engineering group in Texas. The role includes staffing, mentoring, client development, and guiding growth for the Texas market and the firm.

The candidate should have 16+ years in transportation design, a PE in Texas, and strong TXDOT knowledge. Travel to project sites and offices will be required; excellent communication and business development skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 16+ years experience designing transportation projects.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s degree desirable.
• P.E. license registered in Texas or able to obtain.
• Strong knowledge of TXDOT policies/procedures preferred.
• Proven ability to grow engineering groups and build relationships.
• Excellent communication and business development skills.
