Qualifications

• Minimum of 16 years of experience designing transportation projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s degree desirable.
• P.E. license registered in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Texas traffic engineering group and manage a transportation portfolio.
• Mentor staff and build client relationships while guiding growth in Texas and company-wide.
• Manage projects with TxDOT, municipalities, counties, and regional planning organizations; ensure quality and timeliness.
• Develop scopes, proposals, and presentations; drive business development and client capitalization.
