Job summary

HTU is seeking a Civil Engineer to contribute to transportation design and highway projects. You will collaborate with a team to develop solutions, perform highway design tasks, and conduct traffic design and analysis.

The role includes drainage design, traffic control plans, and preparing preliminary/final design documents, along with estimating construction costs for engineering projects. Hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering required or equivalent.
0–1 year of professional transportation engineering experience.
Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred.
Experience with MicroStation, AutoCAD / Civil3D, InRoads and HydroCAD is a plus.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in office or virtual environments.
Detail oriented, self-motivated, and committed.
Strong computer skills.
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities
