Job summary

Mindscope in Hauppauge, NY is seeking a Jr. Test Engineer to join our product testing and development team. You will build test setups, develop test routines, and create production test jigs and automation.

You will work with design and manufacturing to resolve issues, test PCB layouts, and support debugging of returned products. A BSEE is required and some C# experience is desirable; power electronics background helpful.

Qualifications

• BSEE or electrical engineering degree or equivalent military training.
• Power electronics background.
• Basic understanding of analog and digital circuit design and signal conditioning.
• Some exposure to C# and embedded code development is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Build test setups and qualification testing for products.
• Develop and maintain production test jigs and test hardware.
• Create and run test routines and test automation software.
• Support test station hardware and interface adapters.
• Assist in diagnosing test failures and troubleshooting.
