Job summary

Assembly Technologies is seeking an experienced Test Engineer to lead debugging and validation of electronic assemblies and systems. You will drive root-cause analysis, mentor junior technicians, and collaborate with Engineering on NPI and test development.

You will utilize advanced test equipment to diagnose failures, improve test methods, and ensure quality objectives are met across production and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in testing and troubleshooting electronic assemblies and systems.
• Proficient in PCBA programming, firmware loading, and configuration tools.
• Strong understanding of analog and digital electronics, including mixed-signal systems.
• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering documentation (schematics, layouts, ECNs, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced testing and debugging of electronic systems at board and system level.
• Lead complex debug efforts on PCBA assemblies and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and improve test processes, fixtures, and procedures for production and engineering.
• Mentor Test Technicians and interface with Engineering for NPI and process validation.
