Job summary

Sensitron Semiconductor invites applications for a Jr. Test Engineer to support product testing and development in a manufacturing environment. The role reports to production and engineering managers and includes building test setups, qualification tests, and developing test routines and automation.

The position requires a BSEE or electrical engineering background with power electronics knowledge; some C# coding and embedded development experience are desirable. Full-time employment is offered.

Qualifications

• BSEE or electrical engineering degree or equivalent military training/experience.
• Power electronics background.
• Understanding of analog/digital circuit design and signal conditioning.
• Experience with C# and embedded code development is desirable.
• Full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Build part test setups and qualification testing.
• Develop test routines, test software and test automation.
• Support test station hardware/software maintenance and interfaces.
• Work with Design Engineers on issues with test equipment hardware and software.
• Test PCB layouts and prepare PCB assembly/test traveler documentation.
• ATE test integration and development.
• Assist Design Engineers in troubleshooting and repairing returned products.
