Job Title: Technician

Shamrock Marketing, Inc. is a leading supplier to the Tire Retread Industry, nominated for the 2025 Recircle Awards Best Retreading Accessory and Consumables Supplier. We are seeking a capable, competent team player to contribute to our Technical Team. This position is on 1st shift, from 8am to 4:30pm, with potential for flexible hours between 7am-5:30pm. The role is Monday to Friday. Shamrock offers competitive pay, a new breakroom with drinks provided, and a convenient Middletown location. Key Responsibilities:

1. Inspect and monitor equipment performance to identify defects or malfunctions.
2. Disassemble and clean machinery and equipment, removing rust, dirt, and debris.
3. Repair or replace damaged or worn-out parts, including gears, bearings, and motors.
4. Test machinery and equipment to ensure proper functioning.
5. Reassemble machinery, ensuring all parts are in correct working order and aligned.
6. Paint, polish, or finish machinery and equipment.
7. Maintain detailed records of refurbishment work, parts used, repairs, and costs.
8. Maintain a safe and clean work environment, following all safety protocols.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Experience with industrial PLC systems and programming
• Knowledge of electrical systems and pneumatics

Skills and Competencies:

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Experience in machine refurbishing and repair
• Strong mechanical skills
