Compensation includes base pay plus uncapped commission, with an in-office work model. The position requires a bachelor's degree (preferred) and a hunter mindset, with proven client-facing experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sourcing, qualifying, vetting, and submitting candidates.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to clients by providing market insights, talent trends, and guidance on hiring strategies.
• Assess and challenge client requirements, offering alternatives aligned with market realities.
• Influence hiring decisions through data-driven recommendations and understanding of technical skill sets.
• Independently manage recruiting workflows to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Identify, evaluate, and present qualified candidates aligned to client needs.
• Recruit candidates using resources like LinkedIn, Zip Recruiter, Indeed, Bullhorn.
• Communicate job responsibilities, culture, and operations to candidates.
• Manage end-to-end interview logistics and scheduling.
• Oversee contractor/consultant relationships throughout assignments.
• Update Bullhorn with candidate information and interview summaries.
