Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably Engineering/Technical.
• 1+ years in MSP or high-volume recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to clients by providing market insights and consultative hiring guidance.
• Influence hiring decisions through data-driven recommendations and market understanding.
• Manage end-to-end recruiting workflows from sourcing to placement and beyond.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and interview summaries in the ATS (Bullhorn).
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure successful placements.
