Modalways is seeking an entry level Project Coordinator to support planning, organization, and tracking of technology projects. You will work closely with Project Managers to keep projects organized, documented, and on schedule in Birmingham, AL.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with coordinating daily project activities.
• Track project timelines, tasks, milestones, and deliverables.
• Maintain organized project documentation, reports, and records.
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications related to projects.
• Monitor task progress and identify potential delays or issues.
• Help prepare status reports and project summaries.
• Ensure project procedures and documentation standards are followed.
