Job summary

Starwood Hotels in Hawaii is seeking a Junior Talent Recruiter to lead all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle for the property, partnering with department leaders to anticipate staffing needs and build a diverse, high-quality candidate slate.

The role supports both hourly and leadership recruitment, requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of progressive experience, and emphasizes strong interpersonal skills, HRIS proficiency, and adherence to fair hiring practices in a fast-paced luxury

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of progressive recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting both hourly and leadership roles.
• Experience with an HRIS and recruitment analytics.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and fair hiring practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
