Job summary

Starwood Hotels is seeking a Junior Talent Recruiter for our Princeville property in Hawaii to lead the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with department leaders to forecast staffing needs and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in hospitality recruiting, experience with HRIS and recruitment analytics, and a solid understanding of employment laws, with strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, hospitality management, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of progressive recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting both hourly and leadership roles.
• Experience with an HRIS and recruitment analytics.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and fair hiring practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships with leaders, candidates, and external partners.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms.

Responsibilities
