Job summary

1 Hotel Kauai, L.L.C. is seeking a Talent Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruiting for the Princeville, HI property, onsite. You’ll partner with department leaders to forecast staffing, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and ensure a candidate experience that reflects the brand’s standards.

This role emphasizes building a diverse pipeline aligned with 1 Hotels Vision and Brand Pillars, requires 4–6 years in recruitment, and offers a schedule that supports a 24-hour hospitality operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 4–6 years of progressive recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably in hospitality or high-volume environments.
• Experience recruiting both hourly and leadership roles.
• Experience with HRIS and recruitment analytics.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and fair hiring practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum 4-6 years of progressive recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably within hospitality, luxury service, or high-volume environments
• Experience recruiting both hourly and leadership roles
• Experience with an HRIS and recruitment analytics
• Strong understanding of employment laws and fair hiring practices
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
• Proven ability to build relationships with leaders, candidates, and external partners
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms
• Flexible schedule to meet the demands of a 24-hour hospitality operation, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Compensation and location

• Location: Princeville, HI (onsite)
• Salary: USD 75,000 to 85,000 per year
