Job summary

Starwood Hotels in Hawaii is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to lead all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle for the property, partnering with department leaders to forecast staffing and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.

You will build a strong, diverse pipeline of talent aligned with the 1 Hotels Vision and Brand Pillars, recruiting both hourly and leadership roles in a fast-paced, 24-hour operation requiring flexibility and resilience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or hospitality preferred.
• 4–6 years of progressive recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting both hourly and leadership roles.
• Experience with HRIS and recruitment analytics.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and fair hiring practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to build relationships with leaders, candidates, and partners.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule for 24-hour operation, including evenings/weekends/holidays.
