Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant QA experience.
• Experience applying QA methods to identify software defects and assess quality.
• Experience determining resources for quality control.
• Experience maintaining quality throughout the software and system lifecycle.
• Familiarity with CMMI, ISO standards, and CMMC.

Cardinal Technology Systems Corp. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiative in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Manager - Basic to work for our company.

Summary

• Eligibility to obtain a U.S. Government PUBLIC TRUST / SECRET / TOP SECRET Clearance. (Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies)


• The Quality Assurance Specialist - Basic determines and applies the latest commercial products and procedures for identifying software errors and evaluating software quality and efficiency. This role determines the resources required for quality control and maintains the level of quality throughout the software and system lifecycle. Duties include assistance with development and implementation of a complex program of reporting, tracking, and analyzing key performance-based system metrics, as well as monitoring quality procedures and evaluating system quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• Familiarity with Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI), applicable International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standards, and Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC).
