Job summary

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and may require DoD-related security certifications and a Top-Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field, or equivalent professional experience (less than 2 years).
• Foundational knowledge of system administration and OS like Windows, Linux, Solaris.
• Possessing or obtaining IA certifications: Security+, A+, CISSP.

Responsibilities

• System monitoring and maintenance of Windows/Linux/UNIX systems.
• Troubleshooting and diagnostics of system faults and performance issues.
• Software installation and testing with proper documentation.
• System upgrades, migrations, and vendor liaison for issues under SLA.
• Documentation and reporting of system designs and test results.
