Job summary

Cayuse Holdings is seeking a Systems Administrator, SME to manage and optimize Windows and UNIX-based systems across multiple projects. You will lead initiatives, coordinate with vendors, and ensure client guidelines are followed.

The role requires DoD 8140 IAT II certifications and a Top-Secret Clearance, with opportunities to support diverse technical environments and multi-project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6-8 years of related experience; or Master’s with 2-6 years of experience.
• Experience configuring and administering Windows and UNIX (Linux/Solaris) systems.
• DoD 8140-compliant certifications (IAT Level II).
• Top-Secret Clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily operational activities related to business systems.
• Optimize system performance and capacity planning across environments.
• Develop and oversee automation for installation, upgrades, configuration, and maintenance.
• Investigate and address customer support and sustainment requirements.
