Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two years of related experience.
• Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications.
• Knowledge of intermediate troubleshooting, client relations, and ITIL.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I and II end-user technical support to faculty, staff, and administrators.
• Configure, deploy, and support Apple MacBook, iMac, Mac Mini, iPad, and iPhone devices; Dell desktops and peripherals.
• Create and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access rights; assist with workstation deployment and technology refresh.
• Provide support for remote and hybrid work technologies; maintain records of service requests and inventory.
• Assist with server, network, and cybersecurity initiatives and participate in technology deployments and testing.
