Outcomes is seeking a Jr. Systems Administrator to handle second and third‑tier support and system administration across a distributed environment.

The role focuses on Active Directory, Intune policy, Windows Server, and Azure/Entra ID identity services, with growth toward full Systems Administrator proficiency. The individual will resolve complex endpoint, application, and connectivity issues, assist with onboarding/offboarding, and support site‑level lifecycle tasks while reporting to a

Qualifications

Windows and macOS desktop/laptop administration is required.
Intune, Autopilot, imaging software (MDT/Endpoint Central) required.
Hardware diagnostics and warranty/RMA coordination required.
Device inventory accuracy and asset record maintenance required.
Peripheral, printer, and conference-room AV support at an intermediate level.

Responsibilities

Acts as primary escalation for deeper system issues beyond desktop tier, including AD/Entra ID troubleshooting and Windows Server dependencies.
Assist with identity, access, MFA, and SSO configurations; manage Azure/Entra objects and permissions.
Support site-level endpoint lifecycle: imaging, provisioning, patching, and device recovery during offboarding.
Develop and run PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks; document SOPs and knowledge base articles.
Mentor junior staff and contribute to continuous IT process improvements within the framework.
