Job summary

BayOne Solutions is seeking a Systems Administrator to support enterprise Windows environments, endpoint management, and Microsoft cloud infrastructure. You will manage Windows servers, Active Directory, and Group Policy, and administer Intune, OS images, and updates.

The role requires hands-on experience with Azure/Entra ID and Microsoft 365 environments, plus the ability to handle Level 3 escalations and complex troubleshooting, while contributing to security and patching efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Proficient in OS imaging and deployment for enterprise environments.
• Experience providing Level 3 technical support.
• Knowledge of DNS, DHCP and basic networking.

Responsibilities

• Manage Windows servers, desktops, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
• Administer Microsoft Intune and deploy OS images, applications, and updates.
• Support Azure/Entra ID and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Handle Level 3 escalations and troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues.
• Monitor and resolve security, patching, and endpoint-related issues.
• Support infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and technical documentation.
