Job summary

Centric Consulting is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to manage and optimize a client’s Microsoft cloud and endpoint environment. You will support identity, endpoint, Azure infrastructure, and end-user administration while contributing to cloud modernization initiatives.

The role requires strong experience with Okta and Microsoft Intune, hands-on Azure Entra ID management, and NinjaOne RMM. You’ll troubleshoot, perform maintenance, and collaborate with security, data, and application

Qualifications

• Strong experience administering Okta and Microsoft Intune.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Active Directory/Entra ID and Azure infrastructure administration.
• Experience with NinjaOne RMM.
• Ability to support Microsoft cloud environments, enterprise endpoints, and escalated issues.
• Strong troubleshooting and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Azure governance, optimization, cost management, or cloud modernization.

Responsibilities

• Administer Okta, Microsoft Intune, Azure Active Directory/Entra ID, and Azure infrastructure.
• Use NinjaOne RMM to monitor, manage, and support enterprise endpoints.
• Troubleshoot escalated infrastructure, cloud, endpoint, and end-user support issues.
• Perform routine system maintenance, monitoring, patching, and documentation.
• Support Azure cleanup, optimization, governance, right-sizing, and cost management efforts.
• Assist with infrastructure modernization, automation, DevOps, reporting, and data platform initiatives.
• Partner with infrastructure, security, data, and application teams to deliver scalable technology solutions.
