Job summary

Allied OneSource is seeking a hands-on IT Systems Administrator to own and keep technology running smoothly across 20 locations. You will support Windows, Azure, Intune, and end-user devices, while providing exceptional service and solving problems independently.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, prioritizes issues, and can troubleshoot hardware, printers, cabling, and security systems, acting as the go-to person for IT across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on IT support or Systems Administration experience with Windows.
• Experience with Intune, Azure/Entra ID, Active Directory, and VPN technologies.
• Strong hardware troubleshooting across desktops, printers, cabling and related equipment.
• Independent, self-motivated with excellent customer service and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on desktop, laptop, printer, and end-user support across 20 locations.
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware, cabling, cameras, and physical security systems.
• Support Windows, Azure, Active Directory, Intune, VPN, and other core IT systems.
• Manage daily IT requests independently, prioritizing issues and keeping systems running smoothly.

We’re looking for a hands-on, independent IT Systems Administrator who enjoys taking ownership and being the go-to person for keeping technology running smoothly. This role offers the opportunity to work across endpoints, servers, Azure, networking, security systems, and mobile devices while solving problems and supporting employees across the organization. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can troubleshoot, prioritize, and make decisions independently while providing exceptional service to end users.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on IT support or Systems Administration experience with strong Windows expertise.
• Experience with Intune, Azure/Entra ID, Active Directory, and VPN technologies.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills with hardware, desktops, printers, cabling, and related equipment.
• Highly independent and self-motivated, with excellent customer service and the ability to manage multiple priorities without constant direction.
