Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM required.
• 2+ years related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 0+ years with a Master's.
• Experience with Modeling & Simulation data analysis.
• Experience with Verification and Validation of M&S data.
• Candidate must be results-focused and able to work in a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop high fidelity IR signature data packages for MDA's Threat Modeling Center in Colorado Springs.
• Research IR signature predictions and simulation models.
• Collaborate with TSE engineers on software requirements of threat modeling tools.
• Ensure quality production of threat missile data in a timely manner.
• Meet data production deadlines and coordinate with stakeholders.
