Our teams design, secure, deploy, and sustain critical capabilities that enable faster, more informed mission decisions across some of the nation's most complex operational environments.

Build your IT career with hands-on experience and room to grow. At Vibrint, you'll help keep our people connected, our devices secure, and our systems running smoothly while developing skills for future System Administrator I or Engineering Technician opportunities.

You'll support Microsoft 365, endpoint devices, and day-to-day IT operations alongside a collaborative, security-conscious team. If you enjoy solving problems, helping people, and learning new technologies, we'd love to hear from you.

U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance are required.

What You'll Do

Support Our People

  • Provide friendly, responsive IT support through ServiceNow, phone, chat, and onsite assistance across multiple offices.
  • Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Windows, macOS, Linux, printers, applications, and network connectivity.
  • Help employees get started and stay productive through account setup, device configuration, password resets, MFA enrollment, and meeting support.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding, including provisioning accounts, assigning access, and removing permissions.

Keep Devices and Systems Running

  • Deploy, configure, patch, and maintain Windows 11 and macOS devices using Intune and Windows Autopilot.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and asset records, including loaner laptops and cellular hotspots.
  • Assist with hardware assembly, repair, testing, shipping, and lifecycle support.
  • Package, test, and deploy software; track changes; and support applications including Adobe, Druva, and ServiceNow.

Strengthen Security and Reliability

  • Administer Microsoft 365 accounts, groups, permissions, shared mailboxes, distribution lists, and licenses using least-privilege principles.
  • Support phone extensions, voicemail, wireless allow lists, VLAN assignments, and port security.
  • Monitor backups, system health, endpoint compliance, and required logging; report failures and help resolve issues.
  • Assist senior IT and cybersecurity staff with vulnerability remediation and email quarantine reviews.

Learn, Document, and Improve

  • Maintain knowledge articles, user instructions, procedures, configuration records, and operational reports.
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks.
  • Participate in IT projects, technical training, integration planning, and process improvements while building cloud and security skills.
What You'll Bring
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field expected within the next six months, or three years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Linux, and basic networking.
  • Strong troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities, follow procedures, and collaborate with a team.
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.

Helpful experience: Hardware repair, fault isolation, and hands-on technical support.
