Qualifications

• 0-1 year of Analyst Experience.
• BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow MHE SME (Material Handling Equipment Subject Matter Expert).

Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain incident data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Identify technology/system inefficiencies in supply chain operations and optimize.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical guidance on supply chain systems.
• Support testing and validation of system changes to meet business requirements and project objectives.
• Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into supply chain IT Ops performance.
