Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a System Analyst in Cedar Rapids, IA area to support warehouse management technology and supply chain projects. The role focuses on troubleshooting, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to improve IT ops performance.

The analyst will serve as SME for material handling equipment (MHE) and provide tier 2 support for warehouse systems, with 0-1 year of analyst experience and a BS degree or equivalent. On-site work five days per week is required.

Qualifications

• Strong data analysis to identify trends and improvements in supply chain IT ops.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis on complex warehouse management and automation incidents.
• Excellent communication to translate technical details for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain incident data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Identify inefficiencies in supply chain systems and collaborate on optimization solutions.
• Provide technical guidance to stakeholders on system requirements and changes.
• Support testing/validation of system changes to meet business needs.
• Generate dashboards/reports on IT ops performance and KPIs.
• Lead vendor/SME interactions for MHE and warehouse systems.
