Job summary

Campos EPC seeks a Civil/Structural Engineer I to perform structural analysis and coordinate designs for steel, concrete, and foundations on large facility projects in Minneapolis. You will develop calculations, drawings, and reports while applying ASCE 7, IBC, AISC, and ACI standards.

The role requires ABET-accredited engineering education, 0+ years of experience, and proficiency with AutoCAD, RISA-3D, STAAD Pro, Mathcad, L-Pile, Bluebeam, Navisworks, and Excel; EIT is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires ABET-accredited civil/structural engineering degree.
• 0+ years of experience (Engineer I) in structural engineering.
• Design experience in structural steel and/or concrete design.
• EIT certification preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, RISA-3D, STAAD Pro, Mathcad, L-Pile, Bluebeam, Navisworks, and Excel.
• Familiarity with ASCE 7, IBC, AISC and ACI standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural engineering analysis and coordinate detailed design for steel, concrete, and foundation systems.
• Develop structural calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
• Apply codes and standards including ASCE 7, IBC, AISC, and ACI; coordinate with civil, geotechnical, mechanical, piping, electrical, and process disciplines.
• Aide senior engineers in support of large facility projects.
• Review shop drawings, respond to RFIs, and provide construction phase support.
• Minimal field time and/or travel may be required.
