WSP USA in Dallas, TX is seeking an Early Career Structural Engineer to join our growing Structural Engineering Team. You will contribute to the design of new buildings and the restoration of existing structures, using BIM and digital tools, while gaining advanced training and supporting colleagues worldwide.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering or closely related field is required.
  • 0–1 years of post-education experience.
  • Strong analytical and research skills for design decisions.
  • Familiarity with design/build processes and construction codes is preferred.
  • Proficient communication and interpersonal skills for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with BIM software (Revit) and MS Office suite expected.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as project needs arise.

Responsibilities

  • Perform structural design of new buildings and restoration of existing buildings in the United States.
  • Analyze and design superstructures and foundations in timber, concrete, steel, and masonry.
  • Utilize latest technology and digital design tools for projects.
  • Complete training on assigned tasks and adhere to company policies.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to meet project objectives.
