Job summary

WSP is seeking an Early Career Structural Engineer to join our Tampa, FL or Miami, FL offices to work with our Structural Engineering Team. The successful candidate will contribute to design and analysis, collaborating with colleagues worldwide in practice area networks.

Responsibilities include designing new buildings and restoring existing structures across the United States, analyzing foundations, and utilizing BIM and other digital design tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
• 0–1 year of post-education experience.
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Design new buildings and restore existing structures nationwide.
• Analyze superstructures and foundations in timber, concrete, steel, and masonry.
• Use latest digital design tools and BIM software.
• Receive training on assigned tasks.
• Uphold ethics, manage resources, and follow WSP Code of Conduct.
• Perform additional duties as required by business needs.
