Job summary

Fitzco is seeking a Jr. Staff Accountant in Atlanta to manage day-to-day AR and AP processes, bill freelance talent and vendors, and support month-end close. The role requires hands-on experience with NetSuite and Prisma, plus strong Excel and meticulous attention to detail.

You will collaborate with agency teams to ensure accurate invoicing, timely payments, and clean financial records. Office-based with Tue/Thu in-person work; growth opportunities in a fast-moving agency.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of direct AR/AP experience.
• Experience in Advertising/Marketing/Creative Agency preferred.
• Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day AP/AR pipelines, ensure accurate coding and timely payments.
• Set up vendors and oversee billing for freelancers, contractors, and vendors.
• Reconcile vendor statements and assist month-end close.
• Prepare journal entries and supporting documents for reporting.
