The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of AR/AP experience in an advertising or creative agency, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication, organization, and deadline management abilities.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of AR/AP experience.
• Advertising/marketing agency experience preferred.
• Strong Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
• Experience with NetSuite and Prisma preferred.
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication with agency leads, vendors, and freelancers.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day AP and AR pipelines, coding, invoice entry, client billing, and cash receipts.
• Set up vendors; oversee end-to-end billing for freelancers, contractors, and third-party vendors.
• Reconcile vendor statements and close month-end with GL support.
